Rena just returned from her second successful run at the Edinburgh Fringe. She got her start studying acting at Dawson college and Concordia University (BFA) in montreal. After graduating, she began performing as a lounge singer at Le Piano Rouge, and performing improv at The Comedyworks, where she also began doing stand up. After Kevin Macdonald urged her to leave town if she was serious about it, she moved to LA where she quickly rose in the ranks of the Roast Battle at The Comedy Store, and performs weekly with her Improv team Nuisance at The Pack, is in the advanced program at UCB and can be seen doing stand up comedy occasionally late at night at The Hollywood Improv. Rena also has a music album available on bandcamp, a podcast called Two Little Ditties, she creates a new comedy video every week with Jonald Comedy, she produces Don’t Say Anything monthly at The Pack, and she also tweets jokes daily.
